What is really going on with Paragon?

This company seems messy… a lot of turnover, earning calls are vague, and no products that really stand out. They went public at $16, shot up to $23, and are now down around $6. In the mean time the CEO (AD), CCO (MJ) , and interim CFO (KW) have ridiculously large comp plans. Is the board awake?

Bag of purple commodity products. Management hoped to get acquired a year ago and couldnt find a buyer stupid enough to buy. Now they are stuck in a purple prison. They do a ton of "medical education" for young surgeons who want a trip and pander to young surgeons who want to 'teach' and get their name on the program. How many courses do you need to host to teach cannulated screw techniques? NOTHING here but purple smoke and broken mirrors.
