What is layoff separation policy

It is amazing how pissed off a Troll can become - they just go nuts!! ha ha. Thanks to those who gave answers to the best of there ability and to the Troll or Trolls we are all laughing at your sad attempts to cause hard feelings hoping to pick a fake fight on the internet.
As I am the original poster I have many yrs of experience and was just spending more time trying to find where they put the policy than I cared to spend.

Again thanks- "from the company website" 1.5 weeks of pay continuance for every yr of service up 45 weeks + any accrued vacation.

Like I said before YOU are the one laughed at on here posting weekends and holidays loser
making prediction that are absurd and never come true

You have "many years of experience" but come to CP for a answer to a no brainier that anyone who actually worked here would know. If they were stupid (like you) they would confer to a co worker for an answer not CP so your troll posing ass just got busted again on here !!!

Your story has become tiresome little man. Anyways, for those who get let go they are going to tell you you have to let Hospira HR know if you land a new job while on pay continuation. They then will pull back half your remaining benefits from the severance agreement. Don't tell them they won't come after you.

You will keep hearing this "story" Over and Over, so get used to it Troll
You now have your own thread on ABT board just for you I ll make sure it stays on top
OK

Thank you very much your info is spot on in black and white. 1.5 weeks for every yr of service up to 45 weeks. So if you have 4 weeks vacation coming and add the 45 weeks you are up to 49 weeks.

As to the troll who just had to try to turn things into a confrontation, the quality people who did there best to give answers made you look like the fool you are.

Again thanks to all those who tried to give honest answers - we need a lot more of that on this site.

I know several HSP folks who were just given permanent lay off. Most had well over 20 years in and with the payout package and vacation time they will be getting paid by HSP their regular base pay for one year. However they must sign a non compete agreement to not work for a competitor for 2 years and if they get another job of any kind they loose their one year of benefits ( pay)
