What is keeping everyone here?

Bonus payout.

Mallinckrodt requires that a sales rep must be on payroll to receive a bonus. It is not if you were on payroll when it was earned, but when it is paid.

Some companies do this. Some say, 'Heck she earned it. It doesn't matter that she left.'.

Let's be honest. Once a bonus is earned, we all know it ethically belongs to the rep regardless of employment status. We all just accept it because that's what it takes to keep the regular paychecks rolling in!

If you are right about that (and you may be), you would have had to sign off on a paper that states it. Legally if you work till the last day of the bonus period and haven't left before that time, you should be paid your bonus.

And if you got the package or PIP option today, you WON'T be employed on 8/22. Therefore, no bonus, no matter your performance on Pennsaid or the $1500 for XXR.

Isn't that timing just perfect..or the company to not
Payout what they shod to the reps. They make sure the calls are made the week prior to the layouts. Boy this company has gone downhill in the last 13 months .

this was handled very poorly. very bush-league. no loyalty toward excellent reps. marketing has been screwing it up from day 1.
