What is happening to medical?

Its pretty simple. The person who was brought in has run everyone away and frustrated the managers. even the managers talk bad about him. hell my manager told me to start looking for new jobs and that he/she is too. our flagship product goes generic soon and the innovative product they put in our bags they faltered in getting coverage. The window has been missed.

Biologics cannot sell Levulan. Most sales are stock up deals at the end of each year. They will certainly fail with Ilumya. Goga could not lead a sales force to sell water to dying men in the desert.

so no layoffs? what about medical derm. Absorica goes generic sometime this year. Med derm might be picking up ilumya since we have the best in class sales reps. we could teach you a thing or 2 about growth.
 








the honest truth is everyone is scared of BJ. Including his boss. AN needs to step up and fix the issues as turning a blind eye is creating further issues. ive worked under him for years and hes never acted in this manor. you need to take a poll from the managers and reps. they will tell you the truth.

The branded world has not ended up well for this generic mfg. look for three legs to sun. Optho, Onc and primary specialty. Primary specialty will have two sales forces under one management group. Look for about 60% reductions overall on the Dermatology side. Announcement before the end of the year. The Indian culture owes nothing to the American culture nor its people. It is unfortunate that the pandemic has hit the United States so hard but India is under no obligation to carry these families on their payroll to relieve the burden and responsibilities that should be your government's. Sun will survive but I am not sure about some of you.

what proof do you have Bout. Reduction? are you just guessing? Anyone can throw a prediction or put out an arbitrary number?

AG destroyed Sun. Or what was left of it. DS is full of hate for white Americans and believes all are stupid mules. As such he put in a clueless admin boy that fulfilled his demographic. Unless you are on relocation from India you have no future and will be used until done. That is the way of his caste system.

Can we get some honest dialogue and thoughts on what will become of medical derm once Absorica goes generic? Can LD carve out enough sales to justify a salesforce? Are we going to be laid off or will a restructure happen?

Take a breath and relax. There is a reorganization coming that will put us with a drug that the over paid and bloated biologics couldn’t move. We have done much with little. They did little with much. AG knows we are the ones to push this drug to the top. Our future is very bright!

home office here—-everyone is looking here too. Probably the only ones who aren’t looking are the kool aid drinkers from HR. My advice for anyone looking for a job is not to work here. At the end of the day this company only cares about changing our pay from dollars to rupees.

again this is just YOUR HYPOTHESIS. unless you work at home office and have been in meetings you don’t know more than any other poster on here! You sound real smart saying med derm will he promoting biologics but if that was the case it would already have been done at the beginning of Q1. It’s a time of uncertainty. It’s okay to say you don’t know
