don't you get it, you are a widget - you are replaceable.
In typical big pharma, this is true. I did it for years and felt very replaceable because the organizations demanded "reach in frequency" rather than logical/strategic calls. When Opz launched, it was the first time many of us felt " in charge" of our business and many of us were/are solid reps. I've never gone through so many growing pains that impacted my "brand" as a Rep. as I have here, but I've stuck it out because of the product and people. If you've never been in derm, you wouldn't understand. I spend the majority of my day actually being a resource to my offices and pulling through scripts. My guess is you've never been in Derm. We don't buy our offices "Panera". If you are in Derm and you ARE buying your offices "Panera", that could be why you have felt "replaceable" in the past!

With that being said, there is a recent shift here that feels very dark. Just stop w the admin and let us sell this drug. Oh and hire someone that isn't "replaceable" on the Market Access team!
 



The past hour of this webex would have maybe made sense to do .. in person? Next week? Assuming we had to do it today because how could we possibly interrupt 3 full days of roleplaying and certifying with anything of actual value.
