Other than bringing a horrible product like CL108, injection iron, and cutting home office and sales what have these two done to make DSI better? The only reason we have been hitting our number is due to cuts in staff across the board. History is repeating itself. Ken ran Spectrum into the ground and he is on his way to doing the same to DSI. Rob, where to begin with this guy. He has no concept of leadership or how to drive sales. Look at his lack luster National director s and choices for RDs. Blame R&D all you want but the job of sales is to figure out how to sell what is in our bag. Ken and Rob have failed.
