Not trying to defend her since I don't know her but after the debacle she inherited, did you think that she'd come in and right the ship on day 1? She deserves a little longer to see what she can do.

She is better than what was out there the AVPs are bad they got rid of the worst the used car salesman and the poor leaders. Give her a chance

have you seen the turnover in emid this fiscal? he may not need to do anything, the unattainable focus bucket, backorders, and pricing disasters have already done the job for him

I agree. This year has been a fiasco. If I did not have 18 years in I would be out of here. Lori insulted us all with the "adjustment" she made to the focus bucket. I spend all my time chasing a 70k quota on some crappy unwanted products to the detriment of my endo business and 25 times the sales revenue. This place is run by a bunch of buffons. She thinks we are all stupid and does us a "favor". She can keep her favor as I and most of us still are going to be way behind.

My guess is that the are going to hold off until the first of the fiscal year to name a new AVP. It saves money this time of year. But, if they are going to consolidate, now is the time.
