What happened to Nicolette?

in the meantime, tan is making another company and himself some money.

That's great news! Everyone here is thrilled you've finally found an opportunity that better matches your skills.

Deliver those pizzas promptly with a courteous and professional demeanor and I'm sure your many new "clients" will reward you with generous tips.

Safe driving and good luck!

I'm ok with that. If he wants to deliver fresh hot pizzas at least it's honest work. Hmmm. Speaking of honest work. Any detail on the class action lawsuit filed against abi? Trying to fudge some numbers? Halting the sell of their stock on the London stock exchange. Small window to shape up b4 getting kicked out of nasdaq. So many people watching this train wreck.

LOL...spot on

The players on this thread seem to know a lot of people at AKER. How about a little due diligence on your contacts and getting the skinny on the situation there. You were touting buyout by BDX as recently as early July. Where does that stand now? I'm thinking there was a suitor (or many) for the company but didn't meet the stock price set forth by Gormally and Tarbox. Any thoughts?

Perhaps your question is linked to why ray wouldn't sign off on fudged numbers and the board booted him?

No, I think RA was rightfully booted. I started following this stock last September and it's been a rollercoaster ride. Earnings report, no earnings report; buyout, no buyout; merger, no merger. My theory is the board is getting their house in order to meet NASDAQ compliance on $1 minimum directive. I believe there has been many suitors, but board has rejected "low" offers because of the current state of affairs. Since you seemed confident on BDX in an earlier post, I just wondered if that was still in play, or if you'd heard of more activity. I'm just a player seeking info.

Is this a nothing-burger or is there some merit to all of this? I'm an investor and becoming pissed off.

If the numbers were fudged ( ooops, I mean creatively redirected ) and RA refused to sign off on it why would he get booted? Isn't this more of a reflection of a crooked board?
