With all the bad weather recently, our req count is way behind; go pick up the patients at their home & drive them to see their doc. You know that is what the rock-star reps are doing, am sure that our Hillbilly Hooch has been doing this.
 






























Poster #16. Just came across this thread. RE HCA....Yes! QDX lost a National Contract with HCA and it has killed my teritory. I DID get budget relief, but 8 million is a heck of a hurt. HCA started with Hospitals and moved by their regions. Began in FLA if I'm not mistaken and then went to Gulf Coast, Rocky Mountain...just like a plague. LCA was able to offer regional test codes and better IT service according to a National Account call I was on. I feel for you...HCA is starting to force Physicians to use their Labs and LCA picks up the gravy ie, esoteric tests. Still haven't been able to replace that revenue and watch the Physician side getting nailed now...sad stuff.
 






























Oh, I read that last post incorrectly; thought the word door was actually one that rhymes with that word but begins with a "w"; wouldn't take her to June to become that.
 






A couple more of your accounts are soon to disappear Lenexa; we appreciate you continuing the revolving door of reps! In case you hadn't noticed, because the offices in this area have; these clinics tend to grow attached to the lab salesperson who is there for them day in & day out. Just as easy to switch labs as it is to continually have to re-train a Quest rep; you all are the best pipeline source we could ask for.
 






























Most certainly some skeletons in the closet with that one but I am sure our outstanding sales results for Q1, which she led us to by being right out front in the trenches, will deflect anyone from questioning or looking at previous years results; which were less than stellar unless missing budget by millions and millions is what senior leadership wants & expects.

Lot's of excuses delivering meager results!
