This pretty much sums it up. She did not fit the MT mold of leadership by the whip. When given a whip instead of a clue, then you had better use it with gusto or you will be forced out. The fact that she is gone and her dog turd of a sister in law is still here really sums up AZ perfectly. The good ones are all gone or leaving.

One was promoted multiple times, respected and liked by her peers and supportive of others around her. The other has been demoted multiple times, spreads lies and rumors to destroy other people's reputations and is a constant irritant to her peers who wouldn't trust her to describe the weather outside. Now guess which one is still at AZ and which one left for a better company.

Sums up all the poor leaders at AZ perfectly. They have no idea how to lead, develop or motivate a salesforce or run a company. I think it is the same useless, lazy good-old boys at the top just wanting to keep sponging off the company as long as they can. Any true leaders who actually know how to develop talent are quickly given their walking papers, while the scum live on.

I heard that she took a demotion to get the hell out of this piece of shit company. She was a good person so it doesn't really matter whether she was forced out or not. AZ lost another good person who was too nice to survive and thrive with current leadership full of backstabbing 10 minute politicians who wouldn't recognize real leadership if it rose up an bit them on the ass. This culture is the result of a rank and yank mentality based on how many people you fired this year.
