Instead of hiring or promoting someone because of their race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender, how about we hire/promote someone because of their skills, competencies, abilities, determination and professionalism?
He found a sucker to make him a NSD. Wonder who will be taken behind the woodshed?
IMHO, brought literally -0- to AZ. 100% diversity. No real leadership. And I am diverse, so before you call me a racist, know your audience.
So when the workplace is not filled with white men, there is a problem. I get it

He came from Biologics and went back to Biologics. That was his true passion. The lame Respiratory Specialty team isn’t exactly setting the world on fire. They are just hiding behind PCx success and claiming for their own. I don’t blame him for jumping ship.
Could be territory specific. In my territory only a couple specialists are writing. Most of the volume is coming from the primary care.
The RST position is really redundant. There is no reason why they need to be calling on primary care when we have three base reps already calling on them. What they need to do if they want to keep that team alive is cut it in half and make them only call on specialists. No more primary care targets.
What I’ve noticed is our RST starts adding primary care doctors that have written breztri and then starts calling on them. They don’t even bother going into the Pulm offices that often because they know primary care is helping them and they don’t have to do a whole lot even with the 70/30 weighting.
Ok I get for Fasenra but no need for them to be calling on them for breztri. I’ve had accounts complain that there’s 4 reps calling on them for breztri so they can have RST call on primary care for Fasenra only.
