I’ve gotten a ton of support and buy in from the manager who has been following up and supporting me throughout the entire process. I never felt i had to guess about my standing. I am not sure who else was up for the same role but i feel fully supported.

I wasn't told anything about another candidate. Im hopeful because I think the manager has been rooting me on by voicemails and keeping me up to date when it wouldnt be necessary to do this if i wasnt getting the job… hopefully

There are reps in C.R.M. that are clearing $170K that haven't sold a thing in three years.
Leqvio is a biologic, it is an injectable, and it is "buy and bill".
You go ahead and let us know when the "pretenders" will be "weeded out".
And if you are going to suggest the 50% reduction in headcount will do it, you might want to think again, as whoever is facilitating the layoffs won't have a clue who has worked and who has sat on their ass for the last three years.

There are lots of CRM reps who make 170k just in base.. if you happen to be in a district that is performing well add another 80k on top of that in IC

Selling Remibrutinib needs well paid specialists to become the next blockbuster, nevertheless due to fast onset of relief, there will be a market pull, not comparable with Leqvio or Pelacarsen indeed. Great product. At EADV in Amsterdam last week all sessions dealing with BTK inhibition were totally overcrowded

I’m not sure what conference you are referencing - was it attended by US physicians? There may be a lot of interest, but that doesn’t mean there will be prescriptions written. You all still don’t get it - there is a very effective biologic currently in the market that doctors love. There is a place for remi but I don’t think it’s going to be as big as you may think. And if the company wanted “the best of the best” why not bring in more leaders with specialty biologic experience or even more years of leadership experience? I scratch my head with some of the choices that were made

If this drug were so easy to sell and the “best of the best” biologic reps could sell it, then they would be selling it.

I don't know how to tell you this, but you haven't seen anything yet.
The dysfunction and embarrassing decision-making made prior to launch is nothing more than the pre-game layup line; just wait until the product hits the market and it starts taking water.
