What does it take to get hired at Baxter?

I have been trying for months to get employeed by Baxter. I have had interviews lined up then never responded to I have seen jobs posted on the website sit for months and months with no fills...what gives?
 






















You need to have already lost all semblance of professional ethics and have a soul for sale. Detach from all semblance of a personal life or interests, there won't be time or energy for those. Be in good health as the stress and mind games will take a terrific in a short time, and they won't care when you are used up and can't perform any longer. If you're married, line up a good divorce lawyer as your home life will go downhill from the long hours with no payoff and the misery you can't bring home.

You don't want to work for Baxter at all. The culture sucks and so do the people. Not the smartest around and the leadership sucks too. Career advancement sucks and you get paid nothing. People also tell on you when you leave early or something like that because they are immature and idiots. Worst culture, people and company. Do not apply!
 




So true! If you are not a good ole boy or a token female you will never get a raise or promotion. Lower pay every year since BP. When a real company the successful sales force received reward for sales performance, including stock options. BP has made sure it all goes in their pockets.
He avoids any question related to fair compensation. Keep lowering commission so no incentive to sell anything. Do not realize that real sales talent leaving money on table because of no pay. Tells you to go buy our stock at discount as a reward. Is this what upper management does? No way!
 








You need to be able to say "Yes sir" and not think outside the box. The only people that are hired or promoted in the shitty company are the "Yes" people. If you do get hired plan to not use your brain or skills for as long as you have a job at Baxter.
 
















If you can be a "Yes" rep, and you can act like everything is peachy, no reference to Gary Peachy, even when you lose a $500,000 or $1,000,000 account, your hired.

Complain about losing an account because contracts suck, your not the person for the job.
 




But if you do make it into management or ntl accounts here. They will keep moving you up, shuffling you around or creating positions for you even if you are incompetent.
 




What does it take to get hired at Baxter?

It takes a real idiot. You have to be a dumbass to want to go to work for Baxter if you have done just a little research on the company.
 




Chances decrease if you are female, unless young and look good to hiring manager. Good if you are young male, especially if you fit with the boys club. Same thing for promotion. Must be part of the club, male, and young. No females allowed except for show!
Talk about diversity is very cheap!
