She cares only about one woman and that is herself. She is no different than the rest of Valeant leadership except that she has less Valeant stock than they have.
Pearson cannot give up on Addyi. Not yet that is. So figure eventually there will be promotional materials that don't totally suck and that the Valeant sales machine will turn on and that the Ashfield managers will go bye bye.
So glad I didn't jump on board- the Ashfield female recruiter from Chicago was an annoying unprofessional amateur and the old Wyeth geezer I interviewed with via Skype should have hung it up last decade- everything hinged on approval- and it got approved. Now I find out 227 NRx's in 1st month (FAIL)- Viagra had 600,000 in first month! Fucking looserville- I am working now and soooo glad I was not 'enthusiastic' enough to get the job- joke is on all you chumps and this lame ass drug!

I actually love selling this drug. There are believers, there are non believers, there are haters. But one thing is certain--people listen when we talk. There are millions of women we can help with this medication. And there is definite interest. People need to remember we are building a MARKET. We are teaching about this disease state, how to screen patients, combating crazy inaccuracies from the media, certifying physicians, and making sure the pharmacies are available for this scripts to get pulled through. This all takes TIME. This product isn't for a bunch of men needing to get their BONERS back. This is a daily medication and we are making sure the right patients are getting it. To do that, we need to change the conversation--and in some instances, get the physicians to START it. This cannot and will not happen over time.
All of that said, I hope that valeant realizes this. I don't give two shits what the media says. I want to know we have a STABLE job and the time and resources needed to make this launch successful. At this point, that isn't happened. NO comp plan. NO DSDS screeners. INADEQUATE resources to roll out a webcast. Said webcast riddled with wording that erases the selling I've already done. Pharmacy issues. Large territories to navigate. Prior Auth issues. No word from really anyone at the company other than my direct manager. And it is almost December. When are we getting rolled over??? I can deal with the issues. I believe in the product. I cannot deal with the uncertainty. I need answers. And support.
