Completely agree. And did you see how they had very pointed questions that put leadership on the spot for more calls, promotions etc?!

I would agree the call was inappropriate. Borderline illegal. I’m actually looking into it’s legality as my wife is an attorney just not in that specific area.

Ok, on a smaller scale I had a minority team member reach out to me to ask if I had any questions about the call? Umm what?. I’ve logged 20+yrs in this industry and am to politically skilled to tolerate this bs.

I was not on the call as I was not interested. I feel like I’m going to be discriminated against on multiple levels for not attending their non-mandatory, mandatory call.

Next time just dial in and walk away, of on a regional / national zoom meeting, just dial in but keep your camera turned off and leave the room. Total BS on a racism call. I dialed in but walked away. Not listening to that communist liberal corporate BS. Definitely borderline a major co compliance issue!

My uncle is an attorney and I called him right after the call. He would like to speak with other call attendees or anyone that may have recorded the call? I also showed the invite with the sign included. He looked at me in disbelief and said this went through corporate?

I'm with you. My uncle's son's brother's mother is, also, an attorney, with the ACLU. She said that they are all over this type of nonsense. The lawsuits are beginning folks!

If HR let’s one ethnic group have a company wide call then they should have groups for all segments and let them all have a call. Friday’s call was very divisive and not appropriate for a work environment.

Yes I remember the meeting where mgmt put a gay comedian on stage telling us we are better by hiring these type of people. If they can sell, we need to hire them, regardless of their sexual orientation. Now they are talking BLM?? What does that have to do with selling drugs??
