also looking at applying for a west coast ARM role, any insight into this position. I am used to reading about reps leaving, but what is the culture and work life like for reimbursement?

Don’t do it! It’s the worst company and more importantly, it’s a fraudulent company. Under the west, you’ll work for JC and MM and both are idiots and lazy. Please, don’t apply. You’ll regret it and there are much better places to work. I’m interviewing now and will leave as soon as I can.
