Since we are quickly approaching our last day of employment with Meda, I thought it may be nice to reflect and share our favorite things about working here.
I will miss the lifestyle we have here. No one works. Everyone knows we are toast with no future, including my idiot DM. I'll miss faking calls and throwing away samples because we are on the, Do Not Sample list at all of our offices. I'll miss the awkwardness of meetings, and watching the leadership like a circus freak show. What are these people going to do next? I'll miss the small talk, "Hey, I'm just riding the wave. I'd leave right away if I had a better offer." And I'll miss adding value to my offices by contributing to the quality of life, "It has a built in spacer."Since we are quickly approaching our last day of employment with Meda, I thought it may be nice to reflect and share our favorite things about working here.

You are an idiot.Everyone here is looking and interviewing for any other opportunity, so its not considered "dirt" It's bad here. We all get it. It wasnt like this years ago, so no need to be a smart ass. Keep it to yourself and do what you have to do to get out.Wow. I know exactly who you are talking about with the burning samples. I will share this, because I have two other offers. My DM found out I was throwing away samples and that the doctor did not sign for them. Long story, but the office manager told her. I found out through a recruiter I was working with that my DM was turned down for a job and had other interviews set up during her time on the clock at Meda. Now our district has so much dirt on each other, we just never talk. I am sure most of the DMs are snakes like this one. I know a couple in TX and NY that are as well. Im still pretty new to this company and had to leave a real allergy company to come here. This place is so disgusting. From home office training, marketing, IT, everywhere, it's a broken mess. I can see why they are having problems coming to a deal. Now excuse me, I have to get back to my online training videos from the 80s. Good luck everyone.
The built in space saves patients a ton. It's the only safe ICS on the market. We are looked upon as office advisors. Experts in the field. AMRs are top talent. Our RDs are clean, sober, and there to provide customers with the best prescribing experience as possible, changing the quality of life for patients. Because when patients win, we win.yes- to promote value

Wow! Do you guys still have an active sales force? How's Little J, Puppy Trainer, and Blondie from Sweden? What's their plan to get you through this?No new product. Sweden is going to dump US, but they still cant find a buyer. They still do have new hires. Idiots that have no prior pharma, and a lot at HQ have been fired. Not sure how a DM would sell the opportunity in an interview. It's a nightmare.
