What are some of the downfalls for working with Curascript?

I have an interview this Thursday with a manager for Curascript. I've been in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 5 years and know the in's and out's of a doctors office. I'm use to selling drugs and not a service. Curascript sounds like an awesome company to work for. I'm curious as to some of the downfalls of selling this service. Any complaints from dr's offices or patients? Thanks for any help!

How do dr's offices respond to the service of Curascript? Any negative aspects to using Curascript service? Or is the service so awesome I'd be a fool to turn down the job opportunity?

BEWARE!!! This company does not provide quota, pay bonus or they pull the bonus back. This place is screwed up.....let's illustrate the best of Curascript...company does not provide first or second quarter quotas until third quarter... by the way, they usually change the goals so you don't get a bonus...you have to beg to get your expenses paid-usually 6-8 weeks later when you're broke and owing American Express a ton of cash...you have to beg the data integrity guy to fix the numbers, ie zip codes, insurances that have been lost...a spineless VP is in place...promises but nothing is ever done...they scrutinize your expenses and you have to have the exact number of people to fit $15 per person or you have to pay for it yourself...automated call back system sucks..send wrong orders to patients...rude or untrained customer service people...no communication among the company employees...corrupt people...shall I go on....
I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY-IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

Most of the Specialty Pharmacy companies are exactly as you describe. Many do not have company cars or company credit cards. Lay-offs, firings and resignations are high.

This is how wonderful this company is....a "goal" of 9% for RA was set at the beginning of the year. When we finally got word of our numbers, the company decided to tell us that they increased RA prices by 6%. So no one made their numbers. How ethical is this shit hole company??? Come on how can people survive?"??

Curascript has good contracts, but has some trouble at times servicing the customer. They do not have local nursing services across the country which poses a problem when you are competing against companies that offer local nursing services.

I would ask this question in your interview.

Please shut us down in. I want a severance package. Management in the ambulatory division sucks. No leadership at all. We have illiterate corporate account managers that sucked people off to get the positions.
