So she did put him on a PIP. Yuck! I think there are better ways to handle things like this then right out of the gate you establish yourself as a PIP bitch. I guess I’d give the guy a chance and if in a year his numbers sucked then can him but there was no drug to sell and now your fear mongered the whole West into thinking they made a mistake for coming here. She just can’t get away from her Novo ways.

These are bold face lies. God the rumor mill is terrible here. The only fact about Sage Therapeutics is that they treat their employees poorly, overly micromanage, and have no idea what they are doing. The managers all come from two-bit pharmaceutical companies that have no idea how to manage or inspire people. They lead by fear and intimidation. Sadly, there are some very poor managers here that are not experienced at all.

I'm looking to get out of this shit show. Does anyone have any good job leads? Came home from work today and my teenage daughter looked right at me and told me I haven't been the same since I started here and thinks I should find something else. That was that an eye opener.

I heard Coktoasten put a rep on a PIP last week simply for not having his shoes shined and hair properly styled. HR must step in and fix this before all hell breaks lose. #firecoktoasten
