What’s up with the iC Javelin report?!

Why are the javelin reports for IC so high today?? Many over 30k! Considering everyone barely made pennies last trimester.. what’s going on here! Just a bait and switch to make us all think we are going to have a great trimester payout.. then when final payouts come out everyone will suddenly only receive pennies again?!!

Funny everyone on my team had a huge payout. It's a scam don't fall for it. My bet when we get paid out in December. You won't be able to buy a meal at the Olive Garden. Operation Quite Quitting.

If you look at your goal card, the goals go up quite a bit in July and August. Unless you are growing at a good clip, your percent over goal will come down and the bonus potential will drop with it. Still there is the potential to make what you see on scorecard but only if you are growing to keep pace. I definitely won't believe that number unless it's on my august scorecard
 




Bait and switch.
I don’t want to see a false inflated number like that and then only be able to buy a happy meal at McDonald’s when the final payment is issued. That’s a total scam.
 








Bait and switch for sure, they just don’t want us to jump ship. This is all to keep us from looking for other jobs the next few months before the hammer drops. When the real payout comes, people will be disappointed.

BIngo. this company is so unethical. Hence why the culture is sooo bad. Over 20 years experience and this CV Franchise is the worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t know anyone that has a positive thing to say about cv at novartis
 









bingo. They know everyone is miserable and looking for other opportunities.. this is to string everyone along to think you are going to have a monster IC payout and then when the time comes they will adjust numbers, goals, lose pips.. whatever it is and then pay out the force pennies

I don’t believe anything regarding goals or IC anymore. I opened mine yesterday and felt ashamed. this feels like a bribe. The cv leaders including rds have no moral compass. How is it plausible to have a bonus for almost nothing and then an almost 40k bonus?
 




These payouts will not happen. This is flashy distraction so the entire leqvio team doesn’t quit. They aren’t serious until the money is in the bank and that is why they’re sending out a flashy paper with $$$ and not giving raises or actuall retention money.
 




Also- how can this possibly do its job of incentivizing us for performance when preliminary numbers don’t even come out until there is only two weeks left in the selling cycle?
 




They think we are stupid and that they can fool us. What they don’t realize is many of us in the CV sales force have 25 plus years of pharma experience and took this job in CV as a last resort because we were laid off or promised something else. whatever.

So many experienced and talented people who are “stuck” in this Cv mess and know what good culture and good ic looks like.. it’s not here.
 




They think we are stupid and that they can fool us. What they don’t realize is many of us in the CV sales force have 25 plus years of pharma experience and took this job in CV as a last resort because we were laid off or promised something else. whatever.

So many experienced and talented people who are “stuck” in this Cv mess and know what good culture and good ic looks like.. it’s not here.

pre-entresto launch most of the old css's had to have at least 5 of cardiology and hospital experience to get an interview. launching and selling entresto was actually rewarding, the culture was completely different, of course there was various levels of stupidity from NJ but nothing more than any other big pharma company. you're entitled to your disdain for reps but this used to be decent place to work.
then duane came along and the avalanche of disfunction and chaos began. somehow duane continues to stay in his job... it's really unbelievable and disappointing. now we're essentially a pcp group of box checkers. we are "lead" by a group of people who are unethical, uninspiring, and complete cowards. yet we listen to "how they hear us" yet they never take action. we hear how we need to sell "for the patients" yet nothing corporate demands of us is for the patients. we hear about easy transitions to simplify and are placed in utter disfunction and given a massive handbook to explain all the simplification. many of us continued to work through they layoffs and our bonuses were drastically diminished without one communication in writing from anyone. not one. but they hear us and they're working on it. so when i opened my ic and saw the inflated number all i could do was laugh and make a note to print it before it disappears. i take this ic statement and lack of communication another sign that something very unethical is happening with leqvio. you will hear some positive sentiment from your abl but you won't hear anything from your RD because they know the payouts won't stand.
