Hey Jon get off your ass and get us some labor! I know that you and Bob can't manage your way through a wet paper sack but this is pretty simple stuff. No labor = lose of organic growth. We are trading 15k accounts for 17k accounts this is no way to run a business.

Jon is a piece of shit. He knows it and all of us that report to him know it. It's the same game every month. Put account on customer care due to complaints about labor - lose account due to labor - Jon says we need to do better than this. And the cycle starts again. It is really comical.
