You deserve what you having coming to you for being an unthinking sheep.Many good people who see the writing on the wall. Stepping over tenured reps to hire outside the company for first line leaders, or just straight up hiring dissolved business unit managers in a day and having “perfectly planned” timing to do so. Pissing off lots of people. Not to mention the cap on annual raises and 20% plus growth goals but basically being told the reps arnt doing enough when leadership has been a clusterfuck. Been told by tenured employees of 15 years or more they have never seen it so bad.
So glad we have people working at this company who have your mindset. Go back under your rock and stay there. You don’t deserve to be helping patients, you’re in it for yourself and it’s obvious.
