Many good people who see the writing on the wall. Stepping over tenured reps to hire outside the company for first line leaders, or just straight up hiring dissolved business unit managers in a day and having “perfectly planned” timing to do so. Pissing off lots of people. Not to mention the cap on annual raises and 20% plus growth goals but basically being told the reps arnt doing enough when leadership has been a clusterfuck. Been told by tenured employees of 15 years or more they have never seen it so bad.
 








Former employee here, with Corporate. I come here sometimes to check on you guys. I don’t know who’s actually here so for all I know, I know none of you. :-D I lamented for years the demise of the RBP / INDV that we once knew but I can tell you, from the other side for 6 years now, it is so much better being away. I don’t know what compensation is these days but if it’s on par with what it was with when I left, even if it’s keeping up with inflation, you deserve much better. I am confident that there are Pharmas that will appreciate your talent, and will pay for it. In hindsight, I am equally confident that there are some people who went there to die, and that’s ok for them. Just don’t let them take you with them. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I hope your 2025 is grand!

You deserve what you having coming to you for being an unthinking sheep.

"They told me to call them LEADERS instead of MANAGERS and I dutifully complied." That revealed to your "Leaders" that you are incapable of independent thought.

So glad we have people working at this company who have your mindset. Go back under your rock and stay there. You don’t deserve to be helping patients, you’re in it for yourself and it’s obvious. Probably why you’re so miserable.

Leadership should all be in prison for manipulating the stock with articles about how good the stock is doing. Worked for a week, but now the truth is out in a truthful article and the price has dropped. Again. Leadership needs to go.
