I'm happy for the marketing team, but must admit I am shocked they pulled it off. They must have had a very well thought out presentation when the Mallinckrodt execs visited California. I'm very happy for all of them, but it doesn't make good business sense at all. They will be flying to St. Louis all the time. Such a waste of funds. I am sure the national meeting will be in St. Louis. I agree that it must be a one year thing.

They need the commercial team to bring them up to speed. They couldn't just get rid of everyone and start from scratch. They will use this time to learn our business then let everyone that doesn't want to move to St. Louis go.

The commercial team would be foolish not to nodd and smile, but be aggressively looking for a new job in all their free hours. With the exception of those ultimately will to move to St. Louis. They have to realize this is only temporary. RSL will never move. They need him at the moment to get as much as they can get out of him info wise and he currently needs the job. I promise you that he has several recruiters working with him in the California area. 100% guaranteed!
