Exactly. Janssen Neuropsych has 400+ reps calling on Psychiatrists. They are not absorbing another 500+ NSS/NSS/ISS, just the 150+ PCR new hires. A Psychiatry sales force headcount of 900+? Get real. Almost half of our org is not legacy though natural attrition, PIPs and expansion roles. For those better find a new role before the 3 months is over and you are caught holding a bag, just don’t resign to collect a package and hope Sharon negotiated well for everyone being displacedAll ITCI infrastructure and headcount is redundant, they don’t need it, just access to IP. Cash out and move on, you have a runway till deal closes and all equity accelerates. Cash out rinse and repeat.
