OMG. That would actually be a step down. To put it politely, she is not very well versed in the WH market. There were several reps that made her aware of things about our products any first year WH rep should know (there are NOT 26 doses of progesterone in LoLo. Only 24). If CR exits this would be a great opportunity to put someone with experience and knowledge in the spot

We can teach any monkey to do insignificant things like understanding the PI. Your real value is making your docs accountable to the babble you blurt when they are signing for 10 years of LoLo. Okay?

You rant, rave, and generally throw a tantrum like a petulant child. Or, if female, play the Lolita card. Both are behaviors that are unbecoming to mature adults. But it can work for a brief time with 20 something dunderheads. The Hogan Profile does a great job of identifying these desired candidates who were indulged and spoiled as children. Do it well enough and you'll get noticed and promoted, okay.
