There really wasn’t much said. Nothing about reductions. The part about how it is determined whether a territory is opened or not was useful. Basically all the numbers on Covid have to be in decline. First statewide then in your county. That means none of us are seeing customers in person for a while despite our competitors being out there. The ELT says they are erring on the side of employee safety. Maybe so.

Many companies, competitors and otherwise, have been able to figure out how to get back into the field. There are so many rules about our virtual engagements that it is not feasible to keep this up.

If they told you to go out in the field today you would complain and say “they don’t care about my well being” and people complain about them actually caring and having you work from home still get your salary,bonus and added benefits people still will find ways to complain.I mean you would t be happy either way.So be happy you are at home and not risking your life!
 




It was pointed out that there would be accounts to call on, but not before there is a deeper understanding of what is going to happen that may change the positive nature of the event that will be needed to focus on the outcome of the needed result that may or may not happen in the time frame that will be looked at from a different set of issues that may or may not be looked at in the future.

Stop it. They’ve chosen to keep people home. Many companies are getting paid still while working differently. This company is doing just fine. Don’t fall into the “they are still paying me drama.”
