You went on a complete rant insinuating I have poor work ethic and my territory should be shut down because I can’t sell completely disregarding mine and many others valid point about the inequality we face in the field. You, sir are the gaslighting narcissist that has issues. News flash buddy, none of the territories will be closed anytime soon whether you’re getting 200 scripts a quarter or 2 why you ask, because we have to save face. We are contractually obligated to arcutis to have a certain number of reps on the field and we have turned a blind eye to the fact that there are many territories that should in fact be shut down because reps don’t have access to offices and they’re not influencing the territory. Sorry we arent in 1990 anymore fckr people call out privilege in 2025 and those of you pretentious assholes who choose to disregard it are the scum of this company.

So first of all, take a deep breath. You are assuming that the two responses are the same person - they are not. Secondly, I (post #1) did not disparage your work ethic - unfortunately hard work in sales does not always equal success. It is not a physical labor type job. Thirdly - after being a senior part of the team that negotiated many pharma agreements of various types , I can assure that all contracts have out clauses for both parties. As to your last sentence - it is unintelligible. In support of post #2 - you do indeed have serious anger management issues.

Your posts are so incredibly pretentious you’re not even worth an ounce of my “anger management issues”. I’m not sure why you feel all high and mighty being that you’ve clearly revealed your age and yeaaaars of experience in pharma. It’s time to retire. I wasn’t even born in 1990 so I’ll let you win this one grandpa/grandma, whatever you identify as. Who knows how much longer you’ll be alive.
 



Steve, if you waste time getting on cafepharma, at least listen to our concerns with the incentive compensation plan rewarding territories with Medicaid coverage, you couldn’t even keep the local montgomery rep from leaving, good reps are at a disadvantage

I know he does care. There’s just no way to do it equitably right now. We only have two quarters under our belts. Believe me, I’d like to see a lot less pretending that all territories have equal weighting when everyone knows that they don’t. I’d also like to see less bullying coming from management. And the person who is posting pretentiously, you are kind of a dick. I agree with the person with alleged anger management issues.

Thank you! I appreciate the support. I like Steve and I know he cares but yeh there needs to be more to be done about the equity of the territories. What can I say I don’t sugar coat my messaging but it does come from a place of wanting everyone to succeed in the most equitable way.
