The whining here is astonishing. You sound like a bunch of entitled ingrates. 6 figure salaries and its not enough to do a job where any other sales person in any other business would kill for. What the fuck happen to this business? Do you think working for a leading company is the same as working for a start up? Why do you think you have a right to yet more money? How about delivering results to earn a bonus? I know it should be more. When did a 150k opportunity become not enough? Look around, you are going to kill one the last companies that give a shit. (That isn't a fly by night business model) grow up.

You are a complete asshole. BTW it's all okay for management to cash 3.5 million $ with of stock every year on top of 300 k salaries an 100 k bonus.
 



Idiot. No one makes 150k here. We used to but they are making it impossible to make bonus on our drugs. So yes, they do need to up our salaries and that is not whining! It is good business to try and retain the sales force you have. Did you see all the CBM postings for jobs that are open? Not the bullshit fake weekly jobs they send us, I'm talking about on the cubist.com website and under "careers"....that is where you can truly see how many people have left the company. A lot!

SOOOO True, this is as of today, Oct 9, 2014!!! There are exactly 23 CBM positions open, 3 Directors for Market Access. Because MH is a total A hole and HAS NO CLUE in regards to the chaging market place and 2 SAM positions. What a joke!!!!
