"We don't hire people for jobs."

GLP-1, a naturally occurring hormone, has a short lifespan of a few minutes. However, laboratory-engineered GLP-1 has a significantly extended duration of action, lasting for several days. While GLP-1 has shown promise as a treatment for weight loss, it carries the potential risk of pancreatitis, as indicated in the package insert. It is crucial to carefully consider the potential benefits and risks before considering the use of artificially engineered GLP-1 for temporary weight loss. Unfortunately, there is currently no known method to separate the effects of slower gastric emptying from pancreatic stimulation. Additionally, it is important to note that pancreatitis is a known risk factor for pancreatic cancer.

It appears that a retina specialist may be frequently posting about this topic. These individuals, often characterized by their arrogant and egotistical demeanor, tend to hold negative views towards weight loss drugs. This may be attributed to the potential diversion of funding from their preferred area of research, such as the Mediterranean diet. Despite any differing opinions, I firmly believe in expressing my own perspectives, regardless of whether they align with the viewpoints of these specialists. It is evident that the executives, board members, and attorneys involved in this matter stand to gain significant financial rewards. However, it is crucial to acknowledge the potential consequences, including the risk of illness and even death associated with these drugs. As this situation unfolds, I anticipate the need for additional storage capacity, potentially requiring a larger memory card or a new device, to accommodate the growing volume of my artwork.

P.S. those animals are usually bears.
Excellent communication. Thank you!!!

A little less conversation a little more action, please.

Bring the cancer.
Anyone with Pancreatitis or Pancreatic Cancer who took these long acting GLP1s need to report to FDA. People should use gastric balloons to feel full or eat more salad. These companies are ridiculous. Previous studies had diabetics in control arm. Diabetics have increased risk of pancreatitis. Now healthy people take these GLP1s for cosmetic weight loss. What will true pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer rates be compared to healthy placebo.

We hire for dei. The more dei the better. We even have a conference of celebration for dei every September. We don't care about qualifications, we don't care about your history or experience. If you are dei, come to lilly where you will be promoted to avp within 5 years. You will have a golden ticket to retirement. You can also hire all your dei friends the moment you become a manager within 2 years.
I’ve seen this happen again and again and again. This is the truth.

Eat More Salad? I prefer to toss salad with Ann Pusey, VP of Affairs & Communications. Please note that it is rather difficult to communicate with her moaning and groaning. Signed D.R.
