News flash...NNI has downsized multiple times over the last 4 years. This last one hit the hardest with cutting the US employees only. Oh and bonus...More layoffs to come. Get ready for another 6 months of dragging out the announcement so everyone can start backstabbing people in their district and regions trying to show themselves the cream of the crop. Get ready to increase your anxiety level in addition to increased drop in morale.

Not only have there been cuts but it seems like the leftovers are equally worthless, the quality and topic of threads on this company site. If anyone wanted to join Novo and did some sleuthing, let’s be honest we all use CP. They would run away from just the quality of threads talking about bloody seats and manager pregnancies. What a joke. Some of us got lucky and got paid to leave!!
