Has anyone received the offer? I was moved on to meet the National Director and was told we would hear back early this week. I have not heard anything.

I will tell you what part I don't understand a hole....the part where they spend thousands of dollars sending a bunch of people to interviews when they already knew who they wanted to hire. A complete waste of resources and time. What part of this do you not understand?

I was told that inVentiv is a disorganized organization with incompetent people that screws up the recruiting process on every new contract.

These type mass interviews are built into the budget and used as nice selling point to client company..sure alot of DMs probably knew at least 60% of who they were hiring (its always about who you know and not what you know)...so inVentiv not out any money..Merck likes mass hirings..years ago ..they flew me and 4 others in (just 200 miles away) $800 tickets where I sat in a hotel ballroom with 250 other people...looked like an open call for American Idol..literally could barely hear DMs question from din of noise in room (tables were 2 ft apart in the room)..so this sounds par for the course with Merck.
