Hanson should donate this salary instead of offering loans. He preaches leadership. It’s time to step up and be a selfless leader.
Something tells me the Hanson don’t eat at pizza places. I think a country club membership at fishers island followed by dinner the next evening at leynias. Suitably a late morning coffee break at the aroma espresso bar after the Pilates, yoga, CrossFit morning. Next, calls to the Ivan about winning. After the call, have the concierge ring the jet and get it ready to zoom back to Fairfield and enjoy company with the Harvard crowd and discuss what to do when your so wealthy and so many gross middle class people work at their companies.
Stryker is covering employees. Call your surgeons, tell them how you’ve been treated, call Stryker, be happier. I handed in my 2 weeks this week, best decision ever in my 15 years in OrthoI am so disappointed in the lack of support. Loans? Really?
For the first time in my career I might shop around and see what's out there. This company obviously doesn't value us.
Obviously the majority of you posting on here have no clue....good luck finding someone out there (except the government) that will pay your your full salary (or 80%) for an unknown time with no commitments. It’s not reasonable nor rationale, especially for a publicly traded. If needed, I will be taking the loan (don’t need it because I have saved) because I will pay it back immediately when things start up. Also, no way I am complaining to my surgeons because they are not making any money either....we are in this together and at least I have access to money if needed for my family. I can see it now, “Hey Doc, ZB is giving me all this money now, I don’t have to do anything and I don’t owe anything back! How you doing?”. Go complain to your surgeons about what ZB is doing (be honest) and see what they say and see how fast they follow you to another company....good luck. I’ll be staying here for all the right reasons- my family and my customers.
Everything in corporate America starts at the top. The CEO is totally indifferent about us, the condo purchase is a big middle finger to everyone. Look individually at your local managers, any of them really care about you? Any of them going to be hurt like you? It’s just not the same company of old. Surgeons understand with leaders like this!
Stop complaining and worry about what’s infront of you..maybe one day you’ll be at that level. But you won’t get their complaining like this...
Is that you Ivan? I only wonder because you don't know how to correctly use 'there', 'their' and 'they're'.
