Warsaw Hanging Us Out to Dry on Coronavirus?

I am so disappointed in the lack of support. Loans? Really?

For the first time in my career I might shop around and see what's out there. This company obviously doesn't value us.

Wonder if management will give up the millions in annual stock options and rsus. Nah he probably has Clinton over his house for climate change discussions. I have an idea, I can get interest on the loans we may provide to the people that sell our products and I will formally donate 10 percent to your charity! Win win.

Something tells me the Hanson don’t eat at pizza places. I think a country club membership at fishers island followed by dinner the next evening at leynias. Suitably a late morning coffee break at the aroma espresso bar after the Pilates, yoga, CrossFit morning. Next, calls to the Ivan about winning. After the call, have the concierge ring the jet and get it ready to zoom back to Fairfield and enjoy company with the Harvard crowd and discuss what to do when your so wealthy and so many gross middle class people work at their companies.

Loans? Really, you want to give me a loan on my own money. ZB is a joke. Hanson is a joke, Pedro the peddler is a joke. Guy is a tool and adds zero value to anything in my territory.

Stryker is covering employees. Call your surgeons, tell them how you’ve been treated, call Stryker, be happier. I handed in my 2 weeks this week, best decision ever in my 15 years in Ortho

To hell with this company's hypocrisy. Depuy reached out and for the first time I'm going to sit down with them. Repay Hanson and Tornos on a loan while I cover cases in Coronavirus infected hospitals?

Adios.

Its pretty simple. No one is going to uphold non-competes in this environment. Just tell your surgeons how poorly ZB is treating us and you'll have no problem swinging your business.

I left a few years ago and love checking in to see if I made the right decision. Why would any of you still be there? Managers who bring no value still getting paid, company that absolutely doesn’t value you, the real workers getting treated like complete idiots? Stupid is as stupid does!

What does it say about everyone who is willing to put up with this? It’s craziness or fear that keep any of us here. I’ve tried to justify my staying for years by just making excuses. I’m out! Good luck everyone

Come on over to Stryker, I’ve been here for 6 years after my ZB career and have had a great experience. The problem with most ZB reps has always been that you are just box openers and deep down you know the truth...nobody will follow you. It’s sad but true and the big boys at ZB know it too and that’s why they do what they do to you.

Obviously the majority of you posting on here have no clue....good luck finding someone out there (except the government) that will pay your your full salary (or 80%) for an unknown time with no commitments. It’s not reasonable nor rationale, especially for a publicly traded. If needed, I will be taking the loan (don’t need it because I have saved) because I will pay it back immediately when things start up. Also, no way I am complaining to my surgeons because they are not making any money either....we are in this together and at least I have access to money if needed for my family. I can see it now, “Hey Doc, ZB is giving me all this money now, I don’t have to do anything and I don’t owe anything back! How you doing?”. Go complain to your surgeons about what ZB is doing (be honest) and see what they say and see how fast they follow you to another company....good luck. I’ll be staying here for all the right reasons- my family and my customers.

QUOTE OF THE YEAR

If you are a 1099 your company owes you nothing in the absence of sales. That being said, companies clearly have an interest in maintaining the integrity of their salesforce and most are stepping up. ANY help during this crisis is a net positive, and if you truly can’t see that than perhaps sales is not your gig.

Everything in corporate America starts at the top. The CEO is totally indifferent about us, the condo purchase is a big middle finger to everyone. Look individually at your local managers, any of them really care about you? Any of them going to be hurt like you? It’s just not the same company of old. Surgeons understand with leaders like this!

How is the condo a big middle finger to everyone? Listen, this guy has worked his way to be the CEO of a major player in the med device space. If that were you, me, or any other normal guy, we would all spend money on vacation homes and other luxurious things to enjoy your life with your family...It is what it is. He also didn’t buy this knowing that a pandemic is coming, it’s just bad luck, bad timing. I’m not one to sit here and tell you how amazing this company is, trust me I have my very real frustrations, but realize how dumb what you’re saying is and just realize how irrational your statement about a “middle finger to everyone else” is. It’s silly..and to not realize reality, and think that a millionaire CEO should live in a $350k townhouse so you can have his income/bonuses/stock is just obnoxious. Stop complaining and worry about what’s infront of you..maybe one day you’ll be at that level. But you won’t get their complaining like this...
