Doesn’t the company have to provide a 60 day notice if laying off 500 or more, according to the WARN Act? Maybe they will claim that this was unforeseen circumstances, but hard to buy in the email mentioning a 2025 vision.
 
























Jeez Louise.... If disbanded, you are done in territory starting tomorrow. You will effectively employed until 2/8 because of the WARN notice. Any severance will begin then. Does anyone read?
