Wake Up...Vascepa Best Drug in CV class!!!

Wow, you get a good job, and are very ungrateful! Have a miserable LIFE..you earned it...

By far worst job I’ve ever had. Super under- paid. Our training class had nothing but people from contract or new to Pharma. Some of the people I trained with even said this job pay far less than some contract job with twice the micro management and more of a head ache. I took this job in between jobs- better than unemployment . Most people I’ve trained with are already looking. It’s not the drug that’s the problem- it’s the lame ass managers and the unethical company culture. This is Accross the board the most non compliant company I have ever worked for.

I imagine it is. I was with one other 'one-drug' company, and they were that way as well, as all their eggs were in one basket … Already not impressed with one manager I've met.

new came out today that it takes only 20 pts on Vascepa to prevent one event, as it takes 45 pts. on a statin.
Do you idiots read anything or you to busy eating all the lunches and getting fat...fatter...fastest...then your trigs will get high and you will need...……...VASCEPA.

After being in pharm for 33 years...mgt. here needs to clean house and get reps that want/will do the best they can. What you have now is a bunch of crybabies!!!

I don’t think the issue here is the value of what is in the rep’s bag but the value Amarin puts on its reps. $72k vase? Car allowance? Do you understand that there are reps in the same offices with nearly double the base salary? With much less micro-management? That’s where they are coming from in my opinion

Can someone provide me with real examples on the micromanagement? Serious question.

I have not really seen micromanagement from my experience here. But I believe the phrase micromanagement is completely subjective. If your numbers suffer, they do ask you to run reports and put some pressure on you. Its sales, what else would you expect? But if everything is good, its smooth sailing IMO.

It's just silly to piss and moan about the comp package Yes there are reps in specialty that make more. But those jobs are taken so its unnecessary to relate this job to those. If you need a job, take it. 72k with 40k bonus is still pretty dang good.
