Wake up HR!!








HR is laughable. They have witnessed egregious violations and done nothing about it. There is no use going to Kari, she just protects her friends. I’d love to watch this place crumble. I’d be out of a job, but it would be worth it.

Give examples of the egregious violations that HR has witnessed or stfu.
 






Multiple complaints on leadership non compliant billing, abuse, sexual harassment, stark violations …… should we continue? Now you stfu.
That’s the short list.. I know at least 10 employees who have filed complaints they’re “looking into it” gtfo! Ppl who have a hard on for protecting these assholes are retarded
 





















Hands down the most corrupt, toxic, shady job (yes, I said job - no career at Natera) I’ve ever held. Do not “expect” or “assume” leadership or even HUMAN RESOURCES will do the right thing by the book. In my years, I’ve seen retaliation upon anyone that speaks up; directly like losing job or indirectly like losing geography and accounts. There are such catty women and don’t expect “the boys” to do much either.. not to say there aren’t genuine solid people. But, they see the smoke and mirrors and move on. It’s just sad because when you sign on their mission / products / the way they market is incredibly attractive from any standpoint. It’s once you peel back the curtains you feel incredibly disappointed and quite frankly lied to. They place so much pressure on sales (which we all know this is normal after all it is corporate sales).. but, it’s a different kind of pressure. The icky feeling when you have a conscience won’t shake. You know deep down this is not how things should be done. Look, every company every lab has its strengths and weaknesses. But, this one is by far the worst by a long shot. No one acts like adults. They don’t treat you like adults either which only feeds the problem. I’m done with this rant… had to see what this was all about and provide insight if it helps anyone stuck on a decision or conflicted.. I’ve been there.
