Which member of the management team is Tickle Me Elmo?

Good question, but I'm not comparing Tickle Me Elmo to anyone on the management team. I'm endorsing Tickle Me Elmo to manage TG! My reason for saying this is due to the fact that we have such poor managers representing the Management team; Elmo would be more qualified!

Maybe HR should look into hiring an HR qualified consultant that can provide "effective management classes" to our managers. We can start with the basics like, “how to communicate effectively”, “how to manage your staff” “how to win and influence people”, because if the manager can’t manage, we are all doomed.

Carmen, creativity is always welcome, but can you really manage the "admins" remotely?
 









there were at least 7 reps with eyetech launch experience when the TG team was initially assembled. remember..they introduced and educated on the first buy and bill model for retina docs...

they also launced a first in class drug (not the best one but the first one) with that came extensive knowledge of the retina space and the key KOL's.....who is respected and who is considered a less than ethical character

had they bothered to ask any of these former Eyetech people about the extremely important history of some of these retina players they would have been informed that the latest (and I imagine very expensive) addition to the TG board is not a well respected name in retina...

the successful assembly of the Eyetech launch team is do exclusively to the talent of DH..

You have good people on the TG sales team from other companies but NONE have the insight and experience of the Eyetech people (especially QLT).....they may think they do but the DO NOT.

My point is that perhaps you should make use of your field talent. I can tell you that you would make far better decisions with their input...

We know who the Eyetech people are and people will figure out who posted this...we have enough drama dealing with segregation between Quintiles and TG and the useless management. Our own CEO Patrick De Stupid treats the sales team like we're not worthy of selling this POS drug......and you are adding fuel to the fire by diving the sales team? Please stop slobbing your own knob and lets work together. You once sold a POS drug back in the day and we're selling another POS drug today...doesn't make you a know it all. Unless you sold Lucentis or Eylea, you didn't have a successful launch and your "field talent" will not make a difference with this drug. Don't divide the sales team...we're the best they've got.
