Viva Las VEGAS!!!!!

Will Meda/Mylan have a severance package?
If you are asking about field sales employees, Meda will pay health insurance until the end of August. They will offer the company cars at a decent price slightly below blue book value. 3rd quarter bonuses will be paid at 100%, and all vacation days will be paid as well.

Originally they were going to pay one week for every year of service, but in our last meeting Mylan took that off the table.

that is not what was said in Vegas. Not that I believe everything 100%. Once the deal closes in August it will take a few months before they can do anything. Everybody will appreciated right information.

Mylan said they would honor Meda's severance policy for up to one year. Many are counting on that severance, but Mylan has never been a company to move quickly unless it's to increase drug prices.

I'm sure the Mylan executive team is busy in Philly this week at the DNC and waving the rainbow flags and demanding equality for all. Meanwhile at their headquarters they continue to jack up the price of the epi pen. How's that for equality?

I was also involved in these discussions. Mylan will no longer pay severance. They are fed up and disgusted with Meda's leadership or lack there of. They will still move forward on the deal for the international OTC line, but they will wash their hands clean of the US sales. This is a fact.

Stop spreading rumors. Not everyone at Meda is bad and many people need the job to support families.

Qvar was a dog 10 years ago. They put $ behind it once Teva bought Ivax. All it's going to take is Mylan $, better marketing, and more voice for Aerospan to grow. Plus Beclo is going generic come December.
