Post #18 above is so spot on. I've never seen so many fire drills in a job. We barely focus on one strategic direction for 2 weeks before we're told to focus on something else. I've never seen a large pharma or medical company be so reactionary instead of having a strategic plan for 6 months to a year and sticking with it. I've learned over the years in this career to be flexible and accept change but the VTM position takes this to a whole new level. I'm not sure how much longer I'll stay in this position. I am a AAA personality and need some stability and a plan to execute for more than 2 weeks at a time! This place is making me insane!
 






Oh, and don't get me started on the PSS update. There must be someone at the top of this organization whose relative works at the PSS training company. How else do you explain such enthusiasm for PSS AND doing an update??? Just let me go out and sell! Stop with all of the "process" stuff!!!!
 






What's the real story with this division? Is it going to be around? I like the products but I'm not sure about the future. Any words from some of the veterans here? Thanks.

Veteran here. Questions about the future on an anonymous social media site? Answer: get lost CI troll. We are busy looking out for ourselves and our families best interest for the future. We don't have to feed you lazy parasites.
