Lot of things contributing to issues here historically and now and not just limited to Respiratory. The company in general can be good and do good when it sets its collective mind to it and people actually pull together but at its worst it is reactive/over-reactive, unforced errors due to lack of proper resource allocation (this is not just limited to particular brand or group), poor or last minute communication, unrealistic deadlines (based in part on resource allocation and meager communication), people who are not in the proper role, (for example anyone remember AD on the Respiratory brands, look no further than his successor KL, a cheaper replacement for AD, and it shows in every way). I would like to think that culture cannot be unique and that other companies have the same level of issues that range from the silly/funny to the dysfunctional/insane.
