Anyone heard anything about Vertex interviews for Ohio? The recruiter said they have finally hired a manager for the Great Lakes. Has anyone scheduled an interview yet?

The DM in Michigan/Ohio is Jim from Schering Plough. He was the Peg Intron manager for a number of years and now is hiring all of his co-workers for Ohio and Michigan. If you did not work for Schering, don't expect a call for an interview.

His "cronies" happened to be the top ranked reps in the country...makes sense to hire talent and steal from the competition at the same time. Also has Roche and Gilead reps in place.

He has hired 3 reps from Schering and the rest from Gilead and Roche. Sounds fine to me.
