Vertex has great science and has stated that it wants to have a biotech/entreprenurial culture. So what do they do...they go out and hire a complete Douche Bag named Jeff Henderson fresh from his 20 years at Pfizer to be VP of Managed Markets (prior military guy...thanks for your service, but you are not commanding troops here). Most of the so-called Pfizer rejects are coming from the Wyeth side. That group is even worse than Pfizer. Craig J. is in a Wyeth love fest hiring blitz.
