The sad part is between you two bickering, the field does not care about all this culture war nonsense. We just see a marketing team that has failed us. My team could not care less if they were all women, all minority, all white men. They messed up and our bonuses are the ones affected. We are losing faith in them rapidly.

vyndamax, litfulo, xeljanz before the box, ibrance…

we literally launched a couple months after litfulo in the same hotel with the same theme and they are doing better. they have a lot of payer coverage for a drug for baldness and arent even first to market. all girl team with one man leading it.

it isnt a gender problem its a skill problem. the velsipity team are rejects and castaways from other teams looking for a quick promotion. they will jump ship as soon as they can meanwhile the field sits here rotting. derm sales is expanding. GI going to fire.

everyone is whispering that the rumor posted here of not taking second line coverage is true. if we are not first to market and best in class then maybe we should have accepted second line!!!

that rumor is killing field morale. marketing needs to address and refute it. a lot of whispers from our account directors that the market access people hate the velsipity team. forcing them to play hardball with their accounts. more leaks come out every day…
 


















No didn’t you hear them??? The doctors said in market research that velsipity isn’t difficult to prescribe at all!!! We are almost to goal!!! Doctors agree that it is a simple process!!!
 






Rhu-GI reps are the lowest of the low. Complain about everything. Cannot sell. Blame the marketers working 10 times their effort. Usual low effort idiots who cannot appreciate a good marketing strategy.
