From the looks of it KS started at the AVP level and will work her way down. Or at least give the VP’s the green light to trim the dead weight. Probably not a bad thing.

The VBU is losing people left and right. The best reps giving their notice and we are left with losers. Need to get rid of dead weight FLL's and reps.
If you miss goal 2 quarters in a row- fire them with no package.
That'll get people off the asses. Every day I hear so many cry babies in GSK. Just leave you worthless pieces of crap. If you had any integrity or self worth at all you would leave.

Bruh, it's been like that for over a decade. "The results of our cost cutting measures will be invested in R&D." How is that "investment" paying off? It's a bottomless hole.
