It’s 100% sole territories, no pods, no partners, you don’t even partner with Merck to co-sell Vaxelis. Flu, vaxelis, Menquadfi, Beyfortus quotas. But you really sell everything that’s available on vaccineshop. So guess what, someone has a question about their Merck vaccines (that they order through Sanofi) they call their SANOFI rep before the Merck rep…so yeah. Definitely an underpaid position especially now that territories have doubled in size and you are expected to do the SAM’s job now so you get less support from your SAM’s (if you even had any to begin with.
