Prostacyclins in the community...you might as well hand these undereducated community pulmonologists a revolver to point at the patients head and play Russian roulette...99% of these community treaters don't have the resources they need to follow or manage this disease..chronically and certainly not acutely..and have no chance of making the case to get what they need with the pressures of the ACA.

These poor patients have so little time to live anyway..and UT wants to be the next company to try convince the community Pulmonologist that they can best treat this disease...hey guess what a-holes...dead patients don't ship!

Nice try troll -- We are the 3rd company to try the community strategy...it's called growing sales and helping (some) patients. Some patients will never make it in to a center, regardless of how ill they get.

I actually work at UT and I think its simply an attempt to make up for the oral tre that wasn't approved. Nobody can honestly that this is the best strategy to help patients....it was a 100% money-driven tactic. The best part is that I get to tell my centers that UT is not trying to grow marketshare in the community. Nobody believes it!
