You are so out of touch!!! You are probably some rep that jumped ship! This is HUGE for our company! Apokyn has like 4 years left on their patent. The other 2 are killer too! Oh my god we waited for 7 years how could our upper management buy anything less than blockbuster products!

So let me get a handle on the logic here...if we buy a pipeline candidate, it’s too far out and therefore a bad deal. If we buy 3 marketed products and a late stage, but they have a sales force therefore it’s a bad deal. Sounds like to make you happy we should only buy marketed products not actively being promoted by a salesforce...because that’s a sign of a healthy business.

Are you guys for real? It’s starting to sound like the only thing that would make you happy is adding a miracle cure for cancer to your bag. Be realistic. You joined a start up XR company that is about to launch into adhd and just made acquisitions that add a promising depression drug and 3 real CNS products that may not be blockbusters but still pull in revenue. ALL DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC WHILE MILLIONS HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS AND SOME THEIR LIVES. Have some GD self awareness.
 






Went into self quarantine with 2 approved and 3 pipeline products and coming out with 5 approved and 5 pipeline. I can sleep tonight knowing the grass isn’t greener on the other side and this company means what they say. 2019 fumble or not, I’ve never been prouder to be a small part of this organization. You are clearly not a rep who gets paid on selling products. Nothing is 100% on anyone going to adhd. As a sales rep in this industry it’s what is in your bag now. It’s not so much that you naysayers lack the information or experience to assess this deal, it’s that you believe you do.

This is a huge deal for our company. This gets us into orphan, small molecule, buy & bill, and specialty pharmacies. This also makes us much more attractive partners to companies with the “blockbuster” you children keep crying for.

Those who have already decided this represents “no opportunity” for our existing team have obviously never been through a buyout before and seen how it really goes down.

So, you can either 1)fly off the handle 5 minutes after the press release and believe somehow you know why you are talking about, or 2) wait for it to play out And see how wrong you are (yet again) or, if you really believe things are half as bad as you claim, 3) leave.

Makes no difference either way, we don’t need you (which I know crushes your delicate, self-important psyche)
