Just telling you MP is removing 45% of US QA org by Q3-2014, he wants leaner than lean org similar to his European plants, he only cares about the bottom line and that is $. Global
Org's drain money and QA is one of the key contributors to this drain. Rochester global QA, US supplier QA and US design QA groups are in process of being scheduled to be reduced to bare minimum if any - it is a done deal trust me. Move on people or you will find yourselves to blame.

You must work closely with MP if he is sharing such specific details - 45% by Q3.

What is clear is that it is MP's goal to eliminate all R&D and Quality. He's planning for a very short horizon of 2-3 years. After that it will be someone else's problem.

Ahh yes, spoken just like a useless director or VP who hasn't stepped foot on a manufacturing floor or knows anything about the manufacturing process improvements made in the past 5 years.

That's where you're wrong DB. I worked in QC in a plant and was responsible for saving over 2 million dollars in reduced scrap from OOSs by fixing the poor quality processes that engineers never put into place when they started. I stand by my words. FDA doesn't play around and a warning letter can put you out of business. Next time keep your mouth shut unless you can back it up with facts.

Trust me US Quality is going down by 45%, that is Valeant model, they don't care. I will yet again recommend you give it a serious thought to look else where and think of yourself.
