I hear reps are on PIPs here. Are goals unrealistic? Think i may on this one. The RM seems like an idiot.
Why would rs and hp go they have it way tooo good. They don't have to work they get paid ! No accountability it's perfect for people like them! Truth is this forum has featured complaints about these girls since the beginning of time and no action from the upper mgmnt guess they like incompetent people! Such a sad situation.
How is the company culture here? Talking to both current and former reps and not getting a good feel and hearing similar things from both. I have a job but looking to try startup. Don’t want to leave good job and mgr. for bad one. Is it really that bad here?

Amen!Add value isn't even a bar that has been set! Mgrs are angry, petty and so stupid! How do you screw up a great product, lose talented reps, nurses, etc etc. Tank a stock! Some have forgotten how to be decent and are only interested in preservation. It is a sad story
