There is a common thread here - it's basically Robin trashing anyone associated with SB. What a joke - she was passed over for promotions because she sucks. Plain and simple - Robin sucks. And she takes up space on this board because she can't let it go. Chuck ??? You've got to be kidding. Every person with talent, knowledge and "not an ass kisser", gets blasted which is why all the best people leave. The losers that are part of the LB/ST/RS team - that's where the problems are. Drinking all that wine, complaining about people, talking behind everyone's back - how is that leadership? The company will not succeed until LB is gone. Can someone answer this, who the hell hired such incompetent RBM’s at this company? Mine has not offered any leadership, knowledge or support but has become more like an additional hurdle to overcome to achieve success which i can readily do without their “help”. No, I don’t need you to come for field rides, No, I don’t need to do another spreadsheet, No, I don’t want to send you a synopsis of day to day activities. I’m working and I have a family and need some work life balance. Back the *%#$ off, it’s RARE DISEASE.
You joined a startup in rare disease and you expect “work life balance.” That’s rich. Obviously you have no entrepreneurial spirit or work ethic. Pro tip; you don’t join risky startups for a paycheck and time at home with your family. You do it to grind it out, whatever is required, to build the company and hopefully hit a windfall payday. You want your precious “work life balance” back? Go hide in a pod at Pfizer/Merck/Astra Zeneca/BMS/Novartis. There you can collect your industry dictated average salary and bonus while being driven around all day by your company dictated routing/KPI plan. No thinking, innovation or hard work required. Just drive around, deliver food and samples and collect your measly paycheck. No potential windfall or stock buyout on the horizon. But you can make that all important Cub Scout meeting.
