That's the problem - nobody in leadership wants to work for their accomplishments. They are privileged. not leaders.

...the 60 + 60 is a lie too, haven't you heard? Your job is over end of May. It got leaked out in a conversation I had with a Takeda rep. Some on Takeda are more honest than the people here. Our managers don't even know what is going on. The are going to sell you on the hopes of 4 months so the sales numbers don't drop. Look for a job!!! Geez, you are standing in a burning building, dummy, get out of the house!

Where do we look? IF we knew what we could do for a living that would provide income and family balance why are we still in pharma on a contract? We took a risk!!!!! If there is a genius out there that can suggest a career that is remotely secure then please share.....
